ADHD Teen Program Terms and Conditions

When your application to participate in THE ADHD TEEN & EXECUTIVE FUNCTION SYSTEM is approved, the following terms automatically govern your participation in the Program. Your enrollment confirms that you have read, agree to, and accept all the terms and conditions outlined below. We reserve the right to amend these policies at any time by providing you with an updated version via the contact information you have provided.

Payment Authorization & Responsibility: By enrolling, you authorize the Provider to charge your credit card for the membership fee. You are responsible for the full payment of fees for the entire Program, regardless of attendance or completion and regardless of whether you select a lump sum or monthly payment plan. No refunds will be issued. All monthly payments must be made on time. If any monthly payment is over 30 days late, the entire balance immediately becomes due. Additionally, if your final payment is more than 30 days late, a 10% interest penalty will accrue on the outstanding balance every 30 days until it is paid in full.

Program Participation and Conduct

We are committed to ensuring a positive experience for all participants. However, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate your participation and suspend or limit access to the Program without refund or cancellation of remaining payments if you or your child becomes disruptive, difficult to work with, or otherwise impairs the experience of the instructor or other participants.

Program Benefits

As a Program participant, you will receive access to the following: 

1. Online Portal: A 3‑month license to THE ADHD TEEN & EXECUTIVE FUNCTION SYSTEM Online Portal with step‑by‑step training videos designed to help your child improve executive functioning skills.
2. Private Skool Group: A 3‑month membership in our private Skool group providing 24/7 support, live streams, replays, and on‑demand coaching.
3. Weekly One‑on‑One Sessions: a) Check‑in calls with your teen’s Success Coach; b) Goal setting reviews; c) Sessions focused on working, organizing, and planning time management
4. Live Group Calls: Access to all live group calls held twice a week.
5. Additional One‑on‑One Session: An extra weekly one‑on‑one session.
6. Parental Access: Online access for parents to monitor their child’s journey.
7. Parental Success & Setback Sessions: One‑on‑one Success and Setback Calls for parents with your teen’s Success Coach.

Privacy and Confidentiality

We value your privacy and expect every participant to respect the privacy of others. You agree not to violate the publicity or privacy rights of any Program participant. All confidential and proprietary information—including ideas, plans, and trade secrets (collectively “Confidential Information”)—must remain protected. Likewise, any Confidential Information shared by other participants or by us should only be discussed during Program sessions and must not be disclosed externally.

Intellectual Property and Use of Materials

By participating in the Program, you agree to the following:

1. Respect for Intellectual Property: Do not infringe upon any copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights belonging to Program participants or the Company.
2. Confidential Information: Any confidential and proprietary information provided by Program participants or by us is to remain strictly confidential and belongs solely to the discloser or the Provider.
3. Usage Restrictions: You agree not to disclose confidential information to third parties or use it outside the context of Program sessions.
4. Proprietary Materials: All materials and information provided by us remain our confidential and proprietary property. They may only be used as authorized.
5. Prohibition on Reproduction: The reproduction, distribution, or sale of any Provider materials by anyone other than us is strictly prohibited.
6. Legal Recourse: Breaches or potential breaches may result in injunctive relief to prevent further harm.
7. Governing Law: These policies are governed by the laws of Washington, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Washington courts.

Program Outcomes

While we have taken every measure to accurately represent the Program and its potential, individual success depends on various factors—including your own commitment, willingness to work, and ability to obtain the necessary support. You assume full responsibility for your results.
