Who is this program for?
Teens ages 12–19 with ADHD or executive function challenges like focus, time management, organization, and follow-through. It’s also for parents who want to support without constant reminders or conflict.
How does the program work?
Over 12 weeks, your teen receives one-on-one coaching, group sessions, and access to tools that build executive function step by step. Coaching starts at 40 minutes and gradually decreases as independence increases.
What’s included each week?
One private 1:1 coaching session with your teen (40, 30, or 20 minutes, depending on the phase).
How are parents involved?
You’ll stay in the loop through a shared progress document that tracks goals and focus areas—so you can support with clarity, not conflict.
Do sessions happen live?
Yes. All one-on-one sessions happen live on Zoom. Group sessions are held inside our private Skool group.
What if my teen is resistant to help?
That’s common—and part of what we work on. Coaching is designed to feel supportive, not corrective. Teens often begin to engage once they feel understood and experience small wins. That said, they do need to be open to giving the program a real try for it to work.
What results can we expect?
Families often see improved focus, routines, and emotional regulation—plus better sleep, less stress, and stronger confidence at home and at school.
What if your teen’s biggest struggles aren’t about motivation—but missing skills no one ever taught them? The answer might change everything.
"For the first time, my daughter doesn’t feel broken. She’s calmer, more confident, and proud of her progress thanks to the teen ADHD program. This program not only provided her with essential ADHD skills development but also offered us hope again through effective executive function coaching." — S. R., Bellevue, WA
